Hot Water Electric
500 SERIES
(shown with optional hose reel) Our most popular model has an Electric motor, and is Oil-Fired or LP-Fired, with a 1725 RPM Direct-Drive Pump. It’s ideal for industries such as construction, manufacturing, trucking, agriculture and more. Compact, sporty and easy to operate.
700 SERIES
The 700 Series offers a balance of Hotsy ruggedness, power, and affordability. It is ideal for meeting the needs of commercial customers – on the farm, in processing facilities, construction sites and across municipalities. The series features the Black Label Edition 797SS and 897SS.
800 SERIES
Comparable to the cleaning power of Hotsy’s heavy-duty stationary units, the big and beefy model 821 allows the user to tackle the heaviest of industrial cleaning jobs, delivering cleaning power of 2300 PSI @ 4.0 GPM with a 6.2 HP motor. The 28” wide wheel base helps with stability, yet is narrow enough to fit easily through doorways.
Hot Water NG / LP
LP/NG SERIES
These electric hot water pressure washers are heated with either liquid propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) and offer cleaning power up to 1500 PSI. They feature the Hotsy pump, backed by a non pro-rated 7-year warranty along with a non pro-rated 5-year warranty on the heater coil.
900/1400 SERIES
These stationary hot water washers are packed with standard features like programmable smart control, which includes auto start/stop and time delay shutdown capability. The electric powered washer is heated with natural gas or liquid propane, and features a belt drive pump with tensioning system.
1800 SERIES
Designed for tough, industrial cleaning jobs, the 1800 series is Electric Powered, Natural Gas Fired (optional LP-Fired). Perfect for indoors and highly efficient. All models equipped with stainless steel coil skin on the combustion chamber. Electronic ignition for easy start/stop. Time delay shutdown and thermal shutdown are standard. Perfect for manufacturing or food processing facilities.
5700/5800 SERIES
Hotsy’s 5730SS is our largest stationary hot water washer, with a powerful flow of 8.0 GPM at 3000 PSI. The programmable smart control automation feature allows the user to determine auto start/stop, shut down timing and temperature control.
Hot Water Gas & Diesel Engine
GAS ENGINE ROLL CAGE SERIES
A compact hot water pressure washer powered by a Honda GX gasoline engine with 270 CC’s. A heavy-duty regulator rectifier eliminates the need for a battery. Uses diesel #1, diesel #2 or kerosene to fire the burner, with a cleaning power of 3000 PSI @ 3.0 GPM.

LFT Cage
The LFT is a compact hot water pressure washer powered by a reliable Honda GX gasoline engine with 389 CC's and electric start (battery required). Using diesel #1, diesel #2 or kerosene to fire the burner, the cleaning power is 3500 PSI @ 4.0 GPM.
1200 SERIES
Gasoline powered engine with Oil-Fired burner, designed for hours of rigorous cleaning performance! Ideal for truck or trailer mounting, these engine-driven models are totally self-contained, field-portable and ready for your toughest cleaning tasks. LFT SKID SERIES
This Skid Series brings hot water cleaning to remote locations. An affordable gas powered, diesel heated skid featuring an industrial-grade, high-pressure pump, hour meter, thermostatic burner control and a stainless-steel top-wrap.
HSS SERIES
Powered by a diesel engine, these are the biggest and most robust washers Hotsy offers. There is literally nothing else as big and powerful as the Super-Duty HSS models.

HWE SERIES
The only All-Electric hot water washer we offer – quiet, ideal for indoor cleaning because it does not emit fumes. Belt drive pump with auto start/stop feature. Ideal for manufacturing and food processing cleaning.
9400 SERIES
The 9400 heating module provides the flexibility to “convert” a cold water pressure washer into a hot water unit. By attaching the heating module to a cold water pressure washer the pressurized water is now heated to produce all the benefits of hot water cleaning.
